High Jump Training Programs We Offer

Our high jump training programs emphasize proper technique, approach mechanics, and explosive power. We offer personalized coaching for athletes of all levels, helping them improve form, timing, and confidence to clear higher bars consistently.

Club Team Training

Our club training consists of three practice session a week with Junior Olympic and other level competition meets during the outdoor and indoor seasons. 

Small Group Training

Small-group sessions that provide more differentiated instruction that involves tailoring coaching methods to meet the diverse needs, interests, and learning styles of athletes.
