Long & Triple Jump Training Programs We Offer

Our club's horizontal jumps program is dedicated to developing athletes in long jump and triple jump through expert coaching, personalized training plans, and a strong focus on technique, strength, and speed.

Club Team Training

Our club training consists of three practice session a week with Junior Olympic and other level competition meets during the outdoor and indoor seasons. 

Small Group Training

Small-group sessions that provide more differentiated instruction that involves tailoring coaching methods to meet the diverse needs, interests, and learning styles of athletes.

1-on-1 Coaching
