Pole Vault Training Programs We Offer
Our year-round training is divided into four seasons, each lasting three months.
Winter and Summer are our primary club competition seasons.
Spring serves as a supportive training season for high school athletes, offering additional vault time and coaching—especially for those without a pole vault coach at their school.
Fall is considered the pre-season for winter, focusing on running mechanics, speed, pole runs, and strength development.
Practice sessions typically last two hours.
